BTEC Program delivery :
• Selecting and Using Secondary Machining Techniques to Remove Material: where the mechanical work shop techniques and machines involved such as center lathe machine, milling, drilling and grinding machines.
• Working safely and effectively in Engineering: to insure the trainers is eligible to have health and safety background and basics, advance level also handled by me as risk assessment measure control .
• Principles and Applications of Fluid Mechanics: This is advance course of fluid mechanics and aero dynamics involved to.
• Mechanical Principle and Application: where Statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics involved in.
• Operation and maintenance of fluid power system: where the pumps, valves, pneumatics and hydraulics system maintenance involved.

BTEC HNC Program delivery:
• Manufacturing Process: this is advance unit where machine shop and techniques involved and the theory parts related to feed, speed of cut and depth of cut.
• Engineering science: this is advance course related to Static and dynamics such as beams, loading system, shear stress bending due stress analysis, kinetic energy …etc).
• Application of Machine Tools: where it is only machine tools analysis and how the force distribution on single point cutting tools also the non-convention machine tools involved too.
• Engineering Plant Technology: advance module related to power generation, start with diesel engines to steam power plant .

• Health and safety at engineering work place.
• Firefighting session and types of fire extinguisher.
• Mechanical fitting and assembly.
• Mechanical maintenance.
• Valves and pumps maintenance.
Training and Assessing responsibility:
• Unit material preparation.
• Unit’s assessment and assignments preparation.
• Courses content preparation.
• Insure the Health and safety roles and responsibility for the trainee and trainers in work place environment.
• Mechanical machines and equipment’s calibration.
• Workshop acting supervisor.
• Fire evacuation plan and supervising.
• All the above units are 20% theory part and 80% practical sessions.

Faults diagnosing of spur gears using Laplace Wave Transform with helps of National instrument and computerize analysis.
Computer Aided Mechanical engineering Drafts Practice CAD, CAM and Finite Elements Analysis using AutoCAD/Reengineer/Ansys.
