• Currently working as Instrument Engineer in Nasser S Al-Hajiri Co, Ltd, from December 2012 onwards.
• Previously worked as an Instrumentation Engineer in Marine division, with Topaz Engineering, Dubai, from June 2009 to June 2011.
• Previously worked as an Instrument Engineer for ADYARD Abudhabi from June 2008 to December 2008 .
• Previously worked as a Faculty with St John’s ITC, Thiruvalla.
• Previously worked as a Faculty with SIIT Thalayolaparambu.
RESPONSIBILITIES AT NASSER S AL HAJIRI
• Reviewing Engineering documents like instrument index, data sheets, vendor supplied documents, 3D models, Instrument location drawings and P & IDs to avoid technical problems before doing the work..
• Performing instrumentation works like Tray work, Cable Laying, Impulse Tubing, Air Piping, Instrument Erection etc.
• Fault diagnosis & trouble shooting of all kind of field instruments.
• Testing & Calibration of all kinds of process instruments.
• Installation of both electronic and pneumatic instruments like Transmitters, O2 Analyzer, Controllers, Control Valves, I/P Converters, Switches, Temperature elements, Gauges, Indicators, Flow meters, Power cylinders etc.
• Loop folder preparation and over all supervisory work for loop checking and calibration.
• Interaction with other related departments in the company for trouble free finishing of the project.
• Proper communication with client and company regarding the engineering issues and other problems.
• Attending various meetings between the client and company.
• Day today job attendance for offshore and on-shore for fault diagnosis & rectification of various types and make of boilers instrumentation controls.
* Calibration and certification of all type of Instruments.
• Commissioning of burner management system sequences.
• Fault diagnosis & rectification of engine supervisory systems, fire watching systems and alarm systems etc.
• Engine alarm systems installation commissioning, fault diagnosis and rectifications.
• Installation of both electronic and pneumatic instruments like Transmitters, O2 Analyzer, Controllers, Control Valves, I/P Converters, Switches, Temperature elements, Gauges, Indicators, Flow meters, Power cylinders etc.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Instrumentation) from College of Engineering, Kidangoor, Kerala.
• Post qualification training from FACT, Cochin
