HR & Admin Assistant (Temporary Position) March, 2014 - June, 2014 (2.5 Months)

Responsibilities:

• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

• Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all staff employee, classifications. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records.
• Filing employee documents in personal files of each employee (Manual & E-Filing) for easy retrieval and for audit and legal purposes.
• Handling and processing complete health insurance for employees & dependents.
• Analyzing the training need after the yearly assessment process
• Coordination with the PRO for employment visas and processing labor cards/work permits.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisal program.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed
• Prepared Organization Chart on VISIO.
• Preparing visa letters, salary certificates, service certificates, no objections letters and loan letters.
• Other duties as assigned
• Good knowledge about UAE Labor Law.
