• Studying project scope, P&ID, Piping plans, Equipment GA Drawing & Equipments internal drawing
• Review construction drawing of Equipment and Piping meets or exceeds the specifications and standard
• Approval of subcontractor specific method statements (WMS) and risk safety assessment (RSA) and Job safety analysis (JSA) of all heavy and critical works
• Supervise all piping activities like Fabrication, Erection, Welding and Testing up to Pre-Commissioning activities with safety.
• Supervise all Equipments internal tray installation, Distributor pipe installation, Equipment internal cleaning, Final inspection and Equipment final box up
• Installation of internals in Columns & Reactors as per equipment drawing and specification and ensuring the safety rules to be followed in confined spaces.
• Internal installation in column includes Trays(Valve Tray, Bubble cap Tray, Chimney Tray, Sieve tray)
• Internal installation in Reactor includes Internal distribution trays installation (Support beam, Vapor liquid distribution Tray, Rough liquid distribution Tray, Mixing chamber, outlet collector, Liquid collection Tray & Catalyst bed)
• Client complaint handling regarding installation work and procedures and ensuring the work should be done as per design general specification and inspection and test plan
• Assigning resources and manpower for different activities and ensuring execution of activities within the specified time
• Preparation of Technical queries to clear methodological bottlenecks in equipment internal works & relevant sequences.
• Coordination with subcontractor regarding site work
