 Assembly Line & Plant layout preparation with the help of AutoCAD.
 Responsible for equipment design & development, tooling, Jigs, Fixtures, Worktables.
 Design & Development of Packaging material like Trolleys, Steel Pallet, Plastic crates with fabric inlays, & Dhanpura boxes for new products.
 Design & development of assembly fixture with scratch resistance (PU, FRP, Nylon and Wooden).
 Prepare RFQ & receive the quote from suppliers for existing & new projects.
 Responsible of direct communication with m/c supplier, m/c design verification, trials & capability study.
 PFMEA, Control Plan, Process flow, Work instruction & Process Validation for New Products.
 Raise sanction & purchase order for all machineries.
 Assembly Cycle time study.
 Preparing the Commissioning Report for new equipments.
 Implementation of POKA YOKE in assembly line to improve the Productivity.
 Design packaging for component & assemblies and coordinate with product designer and ensure compliance to all internal and external requirements for existing and new projects.
 Supplier follow-up for new packaging materials.
 Manufacturing and validation of Packaging prototypes (In house, Supplier & customer Packaging).
 Packaging sign-off for each part. Agreement with Supplier & customer on loop quantity, cost, Mass manufacturing of packaging and supply during series.
 Raise sanction & purchase orders for all type of packaging.
 Actively Involved in Kaizen, Cost saving Suggestions.
 Utility planning / Design & Develop material handling equipment.
 Participate to employees training.

 Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Mechanical engineering with 69% marks in 2007 Pallavan college of engineering.
