Professional Experience
• Testting of control valves,Trip valves,ESDVs and calibration of positioners of KOSO,ABB,Siemens,Fisher
• Field Diagnostic and remote calibration using HART 275,375,475 communicator.
• Experience in process calibrator, Druck calibrator, Fluke multimeter etc.
• Leveltrol, Level switch calibration.
• Calibration of pressure switches of Mecoid,United electrical,Murphy read switches.
• Instrumentation tubing, cabling and termination, Hook up drawing and P&ID Drawing
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of RTD, Thermocouple, Level, Pressure, DP transmitters of KOSO,ABB, Emerson, Foxboro.
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of various air regulators, I/p converters etc.
• Having good knowledge of plant safety rules & regulations.
• Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Limited Space Entry permits.
