I have been working in this field since 2011, when I was given the opportunity to work as a Lead Floor-Hand for Xtreme Coil Drilling Corporation. I was quickly promoted to the position of Motor-Man and worked for this company for over two years. I worked in Colorado and in North Dakota under Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Corinthians Exploration Corporation. During this time, I received training and certifications for Rig Pass, Safeland and courses in well-control. I was also recognized for outstanding safety leadership within my company. In 2013, I began working for Three D LLC as a lead solids control technician and am currently employed with this company. I have extensive knowledge of drilling rig operations and safety procedures in accordance to OSHA.
I am fluent in both Georgian and English languages, can speak passable Russian, and have good connections in the region.
As far as my character and work ethic, other will say that I am a “people person” and a very fast learner and easily adjust to versatile environments. I pride myself on my ability to work with others and consider myself a leader. Throughout my life, I have traveled extensively and I enjoy varied cultural experiences. I am a very responsible person/punctual and have an extensive track record of working very long hours without complaint. I work efficiently under pressure and in challenging situations.
After college, I was co-owner of a successful carpentry business for several years, which helped me develop management and leadership skills. I also have a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, which allowed me opportunities to work alongside rig managers ensuring that accurate and up to date reports and logs were maintained by drill crews such as ton miles, pump records, BHA and pipe tallies.
