Professional Experience

Responsible for USD 1.5 Million business of Inspection Technologies products, including UT/RVI, X-Ray, Digital Radiography and ECT equipment’s.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include (but not limited to):
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth in the assigned sales market.
• Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the multiple levels within customers
• Drive wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analysing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating on-boarding and on-going relationships with customers.
Extensively use Salesforce.com for effectively managing leads & strategic accounts. Perform weekly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts/reviews and account mapping using various SFDC tools
• Ensuring seamless teamwork with the Service team and channel partners to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for driving sales also through managing a portfolio of Channel Partners.
• Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory. Lead, prepare, co-ordinate and participate in business reviews/forecasts for Regional Sales Management, to ensure a constant flow of information between Channel/Distributor and the Company.
• Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments
• Administer joint marketing campaigns, strategic communication with channels and proactively resolve channel conflicts.
• Improve the performance of the existing channel partners: identify the performance gaps and implement the appropriate corrective actions
• Drive a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels community; ensure agreement validity for the respective channel portfolio
• To ensure dealers have sufficiently trained team and high level of technical and commercial competence to meet GE’s requirements.
