Position: Instrumentation Engineered
Nature of Work:
• Provide engineering support for in-depth technical problem and analysis solution on all equipment and operation at Shell, Chevron, and Petron.
• Responsible for calibration all product, Additives, Ethanol, Base Product such Gasoline and Diesel,Jet-A1,Black Product, Blending Product testing True Proving Tank and into Tank Truck @ Shell, Chevron, and Petron.
• Perform Preventive maintenance works and installation Mechanical works of Positive Dislpacement (PD Meter), Turbine Meter, Meter Registered, Mono Block for Additives, Strainer and Repair/troubleshooting of Electrical works.
• Responsible for Program of batch controller Smith Meter Product (Accuload and Accuload III, Microload, HoneyWell Enraf for Ethanol, PCM).
• Programming and Installation of Temperature Sensors and Transmitters, Universal Pulse Transmitter (UPT), PEXP Pulse Transmitter.
• Prepare project installation and Repair of Hydraulic Control Valves, Electro-Hydraulic Set-Stop Valves, Solenoid Block Valve, Needle Valve, Pneumatic Valve, Poppet Valve, And apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operation.
