 Tracking the entire construction team to reach at Targeted completion schedules and project milestones
 Dealing of any technical query in the site during construction.
 Procedures with respect to quality, labor relations, personnel practices, safety method and procedures through the supervisory staff and employees.
 Planning, designing and modeling of towers & villas according to the consultant.
 Instruct the contractors and the subcontractors on the project requirements and share the project plan with them
 Checking the quality and measuring the quantity of ready mix concrete and construction materials.
 Attend progress Review meetings with client, Sub-contractors, other disciplines.
 Ensuring the work is based on regulatory, contract, design and manufacturer’s requirements.
