Process Engineer(Petrochemical) for a fresh 1st class B Tech (Chemical) specialized in Refining & Petrochemical passed from University of Petr

I did my major project on Multiple-Effect Evaporator. Modeling and Simulation is done in MATLAB and solved using Newton-Raphson method. I did not had any knowledge of using MATLAB software.

I worked as a treasurer in IIChE-UPES student chapter. Since we were too the founding members of the student chapter in our college, we did worked very hard to make the chapter successful. There were other students chapters in our college which were performing well too. Their working procedure and stategies influenced us in our work together with the innovative ideas from our team. We gone onto to do excellent membership drive which enrolled many students in the chapter from various courses. Also, we organised various events. There were situations we lacked in funds but I with help of my team members managed it with sponsorship and sustained budget.

Got prize for Best Design in ‘Rube Goldberg Challenge’ in Ignite’13, technical fest of UPES held on 22th February2013.
Secured 2nd position in CHEMICAL KINETICS Event held at UPES, Dehradun on engineers day on 15th September 2012
Organized a technical event “ChemCar” on the Engineer’s Day’11, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES).
Made it to top ten in a technical paper presentation on New Age Methodologies for Energy Conservation in industries and commercial places at Renewable Energy Summit: Solar Ponds”, under iCare, India held in Dehradun on 19th November 2011.
Won second runner up in a quiz competition “BrainWave” in Uurja’10, the cultural and technical festival of UPES.
Attended Personality Enhancement Programme PEP-2010 for a week.
Served as a member of UPES Petrotech Chapter in the year 2010-2011.
Worked as Treasurer in IIChE UPES Student chapter.
