Position/Title: Head of Production Planning Department
Achievements: Accountable to production according to planning and in respect of sales.Planning according to sales requirement and product is available to dispatch on time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ liaison with local and export marketing dept. for sales orders and inform higher management.
2/After approval from higher management made plan of line as well as slitters.
3/Feedback with line that product is available for slitting or any other issue will communicate to other dept. as well as higher management.
4/Co-ordination with export dept. orders which early or delayed issues.
5/ Develop coordination between production, packing and FGS to achieve product well in time for dispatched, which fulfill requirement of local and export orders.
7/ Ensures that all staff subordinates are suitably trained/qualified/licensed for the various tasks and jobs they must complete. This includes but not limited to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), fall arrest, confined space entry, hot work permits

BE in Chemical Engineering with extensive experience in Production Management.

 Interpersonal Skills: Able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
 Leadership Skills: Motivates employees to keep operations running smoothly.
 Problem-Solving Skills: Well verse with a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
