Brine Filtration Engineer

Supervision of completion fluid Filtration and Wellbore Cleanup tools during completion or work over.

Conduct Rig Surveys for assistance with Procedures.
• Direct Displacement procedures / Indirect displacement Procedures.
• Pit management procedures for displacement & back loading of Drilling Fluid.
• Calculating hole volumes and hydrostatic pressures for well-bore fluid and fluid loss control methods.
• Review job procedures with the customer before and during the job and carry out the task in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare Load outs and Calculate volumes and circulating times.
• Manage inventory and assist the customer and Company Shore Base, with orders and logistics of products
• Take the responsibilities for assigned job from the time of notification to the completion of the job.
• Maintain all equipment assigned to perform the duties.( DE Press, Dual Pod, Hydraulic System, Centrifugal Pump, Diaphram Pump )
• Monitor product and fluid inventory on location to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Supervise rig pit cleanup and displacement from drilling mud to completion fluid according to the procedures.
• Recognize obstacles that may negatively affect the efficiency of the procedures written up and /or the products utilized in the procedure.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Post Well Recaps utilizing our Daily Fluids Report Database System.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of the day’s activities.
• Present Safety or operational issues at the operational meeting
• Provide guidance and On the Job Training to Filtration Personnel and lower level Fluids Specialist.
