Contract Administration handling subcontracts, Managing Project Consultants and Contractors and project team in accordance with contract requirements and interface management
•Setting of project acceptance criteria and to decide on design acceptability in accordance with the set acceptance criteria and QA QC plans and specifications for major earthwork and reclamation contracts. Review of quality control during filling and providing acceptance reports.
•Management of earthwork and geotechnical contracts ¡V Preparation and review of Design Basis documents, Project Specifications and Standards for earthwork contracts in relation to acceptance of fill and quality control, compaction requirements and acceptance testing with regards to earthwork compaction, ground improvement and settlement measurements
•Design Reviews of consultant and contractor designs and design reports drawings to check accordance with specifications and acceptable standards, Value Engineering and providing cost effective and efficient solutions to geotechnical and earthwork design problems.
