Professional Experience :
Technician assists the Engineer and ensures that marine offshore / onshore related activities are carried out in accordence with the manual of the company.
Maintaining and lubricating machinery to keepit running effectively and efficiently.
Take care of all the motors,pumps and other mechanical equipments.
Oil & Filters; changing,cleaning and if necessary replacing.
Able to operate most types of workshop machines,tools and processes onboard.
If any failures in mechanical equipments, put a lock out / Tag out, and report to supervisor / Engineer.
Checking various guages, oil pressure,temperature,various alarms in control panel,record information in the daily engine log book during tour.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems and make minor repairs with overhauling and correct these problems. After completion of assembling machinery, remaining parts are returned to stores at the end of each shift.
Assisting Pumpman / Motorman / Engineer if required.
Repair and maintenance of hydraulic & Pneumatic equipments.
Knowledge in 3G,6G,TIG Welding and electrical welding.
Operating of various cranes,anchor handling winches.
Knowledge in Splices,Knots,their usage in various working areas.
Assisting to Electrical Officer while maintainance & repair of electromechanical equipment.

Education :

National Trade Certificate (Vocational Training) of 1 year duration fulltime course in Fitter trade Passed in First class, [69%] from Industrial Training Institute,Mallepally,Hyderabad in january 2013.

Certificate Course in Electrical wiring (Govt. Polytechnic scheme) under department of Technical Educationn, Govt. Of India and AndhraPradesh at Govt.Polytechnic college,Visakhapatnam from january-june 2003.

SSE(Secondary School Examination) Passed in First class, [61.5%] from S.T.Naidu Jr.College,kotapadu,visakhapatnam in May 2002.

Training & STCW Courses :

Pre-Sea training for General Purpose Rating Course Of duration 6 months for obtaining Indian CDC (Seafarer Identity) No-CL 52658, Valid till – 20/july/2015.

Navigational Watchkeeping for Deck Rating at Support level, issued by MMD,Kochi,India.

Working in Dredging Corporation Of India Ltd (A Govt. Of India Undertaking) as Technician
for various seaports in India and abroad at onboard offshore dredgers from 29-jan-2008 to tilldate.
