PEWAX, MBTC, DBTC, TBT, TTC etc.
Job Profile : 1) Raw materials, Finish goods and Packing materials Analysis,
2) Prepare Finish goods, RM & PM spec as per customer requirements
3) Maintain ISO documents like SOP, Specification, Protocol, and Pre-dispatch
Audit checklist
4) Focus on customer complains and work on as per standard procedure
5) Check Vendor qualification for raw material new vendor development
6) I also familiar to SAP, ERP, CPR, FMS, IMS electronic system
7) Responsibility of all Production activities and process audit
8) R&D & PILOT Plant Sample Analysis & supporting in develop new product
9) Prepare & maintain Finish goods trend chart based on customer specification
10) Monitoring and maintain sample frequency to focus process capability
11) Trouble shooting of instruments like – GC, HPLC, KF reagent, UV,
Potentiometer, Drop melting point, Penetration, Lovibond Tintometer etc.
12) Prepare documents for new customer audit purpose
13) Give training to junior person for awareness of Hazardous products
14) Handle Pyrophoric products like-TEAL, DEAC, DEALOX, EADC, EASC, DEZ
