To work as a Senior Welder where I can use my skills and years of experience to help achieve the company’s mission.

Presently free-lancing whenever I get a call. In the meantime, I am assisting my home car rental business and I take care of the maintenance and the mechanical requirements.

Worked for Sun Shine Welding & Sheet Metal Works, Mazagaon, Mumbai – India, as a Welder from January 2007 till August 2009.

Worked for Aban Lyod Chiles Offshore Limited Mumbai - India as a Welder on the Rigs since March 2005 to December 2006. (Gate-pass available)

Worked with Sun Shine Welding & Sheet Metal Works, Mazagaon, Mumbai - India, as a Welder from September, 2002 to February 27th, 2005 as a Welder working as an MIG and an ARC Welder.

Worked as a welder for Six Construct, (A Belgium based company) Dubai – UAE. I was working at the head workshop at the main site. A short term contract for four months from May 2002 to August 2002.

Worked for S.S. Engineering, Sub-contractors for Dabhol Power Project (ENRON) Maharashtra - India from November 2001 to April 2002 as a 6G Welder (Certificate not available).

Worked as a welder for Besix Kier Dabhol S.A. at the construction of the new LNG Terminal, Dabhol, Maharashtra – India from June 1999 to October, 2001.

Worked as a welder at the Fabrication Shop belonging to Enron Contractors-Bechtel/Sairaj at the plant at Dabhol, Maharashtra – India. I was then sent to the Test Laboratory of Bechtel (DPC Site) for further Welding Training, which was supervised by Welding Instructors from January 1997 to May 1999.

General Skills:

Can read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.
Can operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipments using processes such as

GMAW – Gas Metal Arc Welding, FCAW – Flux cored arc welding, SMAW – shielded metal arc welding, OAW – oxy-acetylene welding, can operate manual or semi automatic flame cutting equipment. Can operate shaping machines and other metal straightening and bending machines. Can repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers. Specialize in certain types of welding such as custom fabrication, ship building and repair, pressure vessel welding, pipeline construction welding, structural construction welding and machinery and equipment repair welding.

Completed schooling until Std X at St.Joseph High School, Mumbai, India in the year 1996-1997.

September, 1998 – Completed Training at Dabhol Power Project (ENRON), for QW-301, Section IX ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Thickness: 10.97mm 6G Uphill SMAW.

September 1998 – Completed Training at Dabhol Power Project (ENRON) for Structural Welding, Filet size 10MM, F1, F2, F3 and F4. Position: 2G, 3G, 4G Uphill.

Completed “MIG Welding” course at Agnel Trade School, Fr. Agnel Ashram, Bandra, Mumbai, India, in “MIG Welding” in September, 2006.

Completed Welders Course at “Advani-Oerlikon Limited” Mumbai in Pipe Welding by Conventional Technique (5G).

Welders Course at “Advani-Oerlikon Limited” Mumbai in 6G Pipe Welding Certification – SMAW (As per ASME Section IX).
