QA/QC Inspector, Coordinator NDT Tech/Supervisor

Experience in quality insp and supplier control, understanding of product quality and QC operations within the oil and gas sector. Knowledge and ability of using measuring devises, able to interpret technical drawings and post field tool repair.

An enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who works well alone and as part of a team. Sound experience and knowledge of Industry Standards for inspection and machining of Down Hole Assembles, also final QC/Machine shop inspection. Experience within mechanical quality inspection and supplier control, excellent understanding of product quality and excellent experience and knowledge of QC operations within the oil and gas sector. Vast knowledge and ability of using measuring devises, able to interpret technical drawings and post field tool repair. Good interpersonal and supervisory skills, plus ability to communicate effectively at all levels to ensure a high standard is reached at all times. Also sound knowledge of stripping and refurbishing of slips, tongs, elevators, kelly valves, IBOP’S and many other oilfield related tools. Past offshore experience working as a Lead Roughneck using pipe handling systems, iron roughneck, pipe spinner, also working alongside casing crews running completions.

Studied in Maths, English, Geography and Technical Drawing passing all my exams.
