Being a chemical process engineer, want to develop the new projects and to apply my technical skills to troubleshoot the problems occurred in the chemical plant & to design the chemical equipment’s and to grow in the technical field.

1) Process development in Research and development field in various projects.
2) Technology transfer from the R&D to pilot plant & commercial plant.
3) Pipe line sizing calculation.
4) Plant layout preparation.
5) Pipe line isometrics preparation.
6) Vendor development.
7) Material balance.
8) Plant erection and commissioning.
9) Pressure drop calculations.
10) Pump calculations.
11) Trouble shooting in the production plant.
12) P&ID and the PFD preparation.
13) Making the detailed engineering package for the scale up activities.
14) Preparation of the Process data sheet for the purchasing of the equipment’s.
15) Making the S.O.P for the plant.
16) Sizing of the equipment’s like FBR and the condensers, column, tanks.
17) Capacity calculations for the various equipment’s.
18) Performance calculations of mechanical equipment’s.
19) Taking the batch trials in the pilot plant.
20) Making the conclusive reports on the batch trials done in the pilot plant for the further reference.
21) Actively participate for the modifications required in the process to achieve the set goals.
22) Working on the high temperature reactions.
23) Handling highly toxic chemicals.
24) Experience on handling the “solids and gas reactions”.
25) Direct reporting to the General Manager of the R&D.
26) Working on chlorination at high temperature.
27) Working on the metallurgical projects
