1.Wellhead Operations: Hands on experience in Well Start-Up/Shutdown/Bean-up/Bean-down, Choke valve maintenance, X-mas tree (XMT) valves & SCSSSV functional test etc.
2.Plant Operations (Onshore Terminal): Hands on experience of Gas dehydration, TEG regeneration, Gas compression, Dew point Control, Crude oil Separation, Condensate Stabilization, Crude oil/Condensate Storage and offloading (Tanker loading & Cargo ship loading via port), Flare & utilities operation.
3.Handling of Oil & Gas plant Process disturbances with the efficient manner.
4.Sound exposure of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Activities.
5.Gained working exposure of Jack-up Rig & Drilling operation.
6.Experience in process operations and thorough knowledge of offshore processing and treatment systems, equipment and facilities and operation.
Production Planning & Control
Co-ordinates shutdown planning, major maintenance programmes and modifications work with concerned sections and plant personnel and provide recommendations to ensure plant reliability, safety and maximum availability.
Planning, Generating & Executing work order in SAP PM Module.
SAP management of PM Module, MM Module, SD Module, WCM & TSW module.
TÜV SÜD certified Functional Safety Professional in accordance with IEC 61511:2003.
Regularly handling mock drill as production superintendent (shift in charge)
