(Polyethylene Plant& Harbor telemetry system) RasLanuf, Libya
Dismantled then re-installed, loop checked, calibrated, and trouble-shooting of various Industrial Process Instrument devices and Equipments both Electronics and pneumatics in different process as Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature, etc, and also with converters like, Voltage to Current, current to Pneumatics, Resistance to Current, Frequency to Current.
Loop checking of control valves by giving output signals from ABB DCS, if they have input signals of how many percent they will open or close and checking a lot of HV, LV, and FV.
Working in Extruders /pelletizing system and having a good experience in both process and control system in Extruders in Polyethylene plant.
Working in weighing control system, K-Torn and k-commander system.
Working in ENRAF level Transmitters which are used to measure the level in cooled process such as butane, and butadiene
Performed daily inspection and cleaning of analog type switches mechanism as daily routine in the preventive Maintenance and relays checking
Working with anti-static system in the reactors in our polyethylene plant.
Working with some controllers such as Proteomic 500, Commander 100 and Digitric controllers
Being involved in some modifications done in our plant
Working with some nucleonic instruments such as chunk detector, calibration and adjusting .
Working with Bentley Nevada rod drop monitors for vibration monitoring in compressors
Working with Siemens PLC (SIMATIC S5 -115U)
