„X 11 Years in Developed Oil & Gas Field In Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company as Production Operator (well site, field process facility & control room operator), Production technician & workover and completion engineer

o Attend and familiar with recompletion job.
o Attend and familiar with Dual ESP installation procedure.
o Attend and familiar with PCP installation procedure.
o Attend and familiar with cement squeeze job, swab test & perforation procedure.
o Attend and familiar with removal sand screen procedure.
o Attend and familiar isolated the zone by using packer, RBP or DBP.
o Make technical re-completion recommendations to achieve production optimization.
o Prepare workover, recompletion well programs and end-of-well reports.
o Participate in well reviews to assist with diagnosis of well performance problem, and recommend programs for improvement or remediation of specific wells.
o Perform engineering studies to solve recurring issues such as production performance, corrosion, and scale and to monitor well integrity.
o Initiate engineering corrective action to ensure a process of continuous improvement.
o Measure DFL & SFL for all producing wells and update data in data base Field View program.
o Caryout inspection for PCP wells and troubleshoot problematic PCP wells.
o Measure flow rate by clamp-on flow meter.
o Assist petroleum technologist.
o Operate the Multiphase unit.
o Rig up and rig down the Multiphase unit to flow line.
o Carryout the well site test
o Carryout the BS&W analysis
o Check and Monitor the well during the test.
o Collect the well head sample during the test.
o Collect the tubing head pressure, flow line pressure and flow line temperature.
o Prepare the well test report.
o Familiar with Well Head & Process Platforms.
o Isolated & line up Separation Unit.
o Start up, shut down, isolate & line up the Air Compressor Units.
o Start up, shut down, isolate & line up the Heater.
o Familiar with Utility Units.
o Line up, isolate pig launcher & pig receiver & recover the pig.
o Start up, shut down, isolate & line up the booster pump
o Operate & control & monitor the station from DCS (control panel).
o Well Testing.
o Test & Production Report Preparation.
o

o B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power department) from SUDAN UNIVERSITY OF SECINCE &TECHNOLOGY on April-2009.
o 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Production department) from SUDAN UNIVERSITY OF SECINCE &TECHNOLOGY on Nov-2001.

o English Course from Aug-2003 to Nov-2003.
o GNPOC technical Training Course Jan-2004 to May-2004 including the following volume:
