Leading business group in Uganda, dealing in retail sales of petroleum and petroleum products, tyres, lubricants etc.
Retail Manager
 Leading the petroleum business including planning, new set-ups, marketing and retail sales of MS- Petrol, HSD – Diesel and Lubes (ENOC), while leading a team of 120 people. Formulating marketing strategies for retail operations and products including PMS (Petrol) and AGO (Diesel). Functioning as one point solution provider for customer interaction, managing a network of over 250 big corporate and providing them with facilities like fuel card, loyalty card and fuel statements.
 Managing a retail store and business revenue to the tune of USD 20 million
 Headed the launch of Petroleum Modern Fully Automated Retail chain in Kampala, East Africa, which led to increased sales volume from 400 KL – 500 KL per month for diesel and petrol
 Implemented the Veeder-Root Automation software for recording sales data across all oil station, leading to reduced dependency on manpower and potential threat of theft
 Made organization outlets as one stop solution for motoring needs including fuel, LPG, lubricants, tyre, wheel alignment, café shop and super convenience stores
 Streamlined staff attendance process by introducing card punching, revised payroll system and incentive schemes.
