Worked as station controller as well as SMS Operator for operation & maintenance of Building Services(Electrical &Mechanical system) in Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt.Ltd (Reliance Metro).

Responsibilities:Project Supervisor in Building Electrical & Mechanical System(E&M) in Operation & Maintenance Department (Technical) as competency provided by M/s. Delhi Airport Metro Express Pvt.Ltd.(Reliance Metro).
Building Electrical SystemOperation And Maintenance of Auxiliary Sub-Station, HT Panel, LT Panel, DG System(1250 kVA), Public area Lighting System, Tunnel Lighting and PST System, Power Distribution System ,UPS(120 kVEnvironment Control System(Cooling & Ventilation):Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Plant, Chilled Water System, Condenser System, AHUs, Smoke Extraction Fans, Staircase Pressurization Fans, Fresh Air Fans, Exhaust Fans, Air Compressors, Fan Coil Units, Package Split A/C Units.

Fire Alarm Control System & Fire Suppression System :
Automatic Fire Alarm Control System, CO2 Gas Flooding System in Electrical Panels, Inert gas flooding system in Critical Rooms during Fire condition, Operation & maintenance of Fire Pumps (Main ,Stand by & Jockey Pumps),Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler.
Other Mechanical System
: Operation & Maintenance of plumbing and Drainage System, RO System, Sewage and Seepage System.
System Wide Equipment
Operation and Maintenance of Lifts, Escalators, Platforms Screen Doors, Tunnel Ventilation Systems, Baggage Handling System, CCTV System, Integrated Back Up Panel.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Making coordination with the vendor to keep the Building and mechanical system smoothly and effective.
2. Do testing of building and mechanical system equipment in monthly schedule through SCADA HMI and manual to ensure the healthiness of respective system and get acknowledge pre-fault for any system which can be incurred timely before the actual fault arrival.
3. Do monitor and control of all building equipment’s remotely from HMI in control Room and keep the all systems in auto control through SMS and manual.4. Involved in Execution, testing of HVAC and electrical services with vendors.
