Shift Controller/Supervisor for Oil and gas Plant

To become a Successful Operation manager.

Operation of NGL fractionation into LPG and Paraffinic naphtha as Shift Controller. Two Assistant Shift Controllers, Four Senior Panel Operators and Twenty Field operators are presently reporting.
Management of Shift manpower and controlling the plant meeting the production targets by maintaining a high level of Safety and Integrity standards.
Responsible to ensure the Plant is Operated within the Safe Operating Limits and accountable to the Senior Management towards exceedence if any and make reports/resolutions regarding the same.Responsible to conduct fire and mock drills and take the role of Incident Commander during mock drills and real emergencies. Conducting plant safety audits and reporting the findings with recommendations of remedial actions.Effectively managing the Quality Management systems (ISO 9001:2008) as lead focal point conducting regular audits and devising plans for Corrective and Preventive actions.Managing the Energy Management Systems (ISO 50001) for optimizing the energy consumption across the plant.Ensure the effectiveness of the HSECES ( HSE Critical Equipment¡¦s and Systems) by conducting yearly and half-yearly tests on ESD/EDP systems
Coordinating with Management in maintaining high environmental protection standards as governed by ISO 14001.„X Participate in review of the HSEIA( HSE Impact Assessment) studies as part of the ADNOC group guidelines.In co-ordination with the Technical Services dept. review process that need to be Automated.„XFinal Asset Authority in releasing work permits such as Hot works- Category I & II, Cold works, Confined space entry, Radiography jobs, Excavation jobs by following the PTW standards established by the organization. Usage of CPIMS (Corporate Plant Information Management Systems) and RIMS (Real Time Information Management Systems) for trending and analyzing plant data and reporting to top management. Coordinator in annual turn-arounds, planned shut downs effectively controlling the use of resources and optimizing shutdown methods with prime importance for Safety. Commissioning Team leader in bringing up two new NGL fractionation and treatment trains (Trains 3 & 4) with associated utilities/ offsite facilities and storage tanks. Focal point in the procurement of Chemicals and Lubricating oils and maintain a neat list of Chemical consumption pattern and optimizing the usage.
