• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
• Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP, 5S.
• Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
• Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
• Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.
• Improvement & development of warehouse.
Responsible for making local purchases for the production related activities.

Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Calicut university

Maersk Line MGM system presentation (from booking to BL preparation and final invoicing.

Has thorough knowledge of online custom clearance (Sea & Air) Local Import Temporary admission & International transfer, Exports Transfer of ownership well conversant with JAFZA (Jebel Ali) Customs documentation.
