Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
Supervised Class I, II, VII and IX warehouse insuring property security and inventory accuracy (We use European Standards of classes).
Expedite discrepancies upon request.
Responsible for the efficient use and monitoring of Supply database (ORACLE)Unloading trucks together with my staff under my supervision.
Detailed checking of material.Providing management direction and oversight to include overseeing day to day warehouse operations, storage, inventories, and preparation of all supporting documentation.
