Job responsibilities:
• Strictly monitoring of pressure vessels according to the Quality Inspection plans
• WPS and PQR according to ASME standard IX
• Prepare Welding procedure specifications
• Arrange NDT for Pressure Vessels
• Checked RT reports as a prerequisite for go head of repair
• Stage vise inspection and monitoring daily progress report
• Inspection of Structural elements (Stage vise) of NDC Project
• Pneumatic Test of PEL Transformer for final inspection
• Stage vise inspection of PEL Transformer
• Responsible of all Quality tasks regarding Sleepers manufacturing for Sudan Railways

I am graduated in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore.

I have sound skills in MS OFFICE, MS POWER POINT, MS EXCEL, AUTO CAD, PRO-E, LIZA.
