Third Party Inspection/OCTG Inspector/Mill Surveillance Inspector

- Familiar in OCTG Inspection with various threading connection, size (2.3/8 inch – 20 inch), weight, and customer.
- Familiar in OCTG Inspection, such as: Green Pipe, Drill pipe, Casing, Tubing, Line Pipe, Upset / Non –Upset Pipe, Coupling.
- Familiar in OCTG Inspection for Protector and Accessories, such as: Pup Joint, X-Over, Nipple, Casing / Tubing Hangers, Lift Nubbin.
- Familiar in Visual Thread and Body Inspection (VTI and VBI).
- Knowledge about MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) and Penetrant Inspection level 2.
- Knowledge about API Specification (5CT, 5B, 5L & API Q1).
- Knowledge about VAM, Grant Prideco - Atlas Bradford, NSPJ, Enventure, Tenaris and JFE (BEAR & FOX) specification.
- Familiar with Metrological Equipment, Technical Drawing, Gauging Procedure and Overlay (casting / molding).
- Familiar with Inspection and Gauging System for API, VAM Family, Grant Prideco - Atlas Bradford, NSPJ, Enventure and Tenaris connections.
- The other process, such as: Make-Up, Hydrostatic Test, Drift Test, Phosphate (Zing and Mangan), Plating (Copper / Tin), Tally, Swaging, Expand, Stress Relieve, Sand Blast, ID Oiling, OD Coating, Painting and Marking.
- Ability as Company Auditor.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Application).
- Ability as a Company Auditor.
- English (both oral & written).
- Perform inspection of various customers, such as: Exxon Mobil, Conoco, Hess, Saudi Aramco, etc.
