Project Executive

Experienced project executive who has managed project planning and organized schedule for construction under oil and gas Fabrication Company. Strong knowledge of petroleum engineering industry and effective team leader on project.

June-September 2013 : Project Executive, TH Heavy Engineering Corp, Malaysia

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Involved in fabrication of D12DR-A & LADR-A Substructures and Topsides, Tie-in Betty and D35 for Sarawak SHELL Berhad.
• Analysed CAD drawing prints and liaised construction procedures with engineers and co-workers before commissioning.
• Performed QA/QC to assure the work quality and materials specification is up to required standard, include product inspection of defected or cracked surfaces.
• Reviewed existing health and safety policy, conducted a report to Project Manager regarding modification and improvements of safety precautions.
• Ensure construction processes and procedures conform to original design and pre-plan decisions, involved creating a workforce timetable for the contractors.

Achievements:
• Improved safety precautions, safety instructions and achieved 1Million Man-hours without Lost Time Injury.
• Effectively prioritized and organized work load for 120+ workers under a constantly changing environment to meet daily and weekly schedules.
• Strengthen on dependability as being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations.
