o Strong knowledge and experience in international Software Tally ERP, Peachtree, and Quick book & other customized accounting software & MS-Office, Internet.
o Experience in independently finalizing monthly and annual accounts

o Knowledge of Typing Manual and computer (English, Malayalam).

 Prepare accounts for different types of companies up to finalization.
 Manage account assistances for preparing and maintaining Budgets, Forecasting, and Payroll.
 Prepare separate report Accounts Payable and Receivable for different firms
 Ensure follow up of international standard accounts principle
 Analyze monthly report of different companies and report to the management
 Guide to the junior accountants for posting and preparing accounts
 Comparison with past ,present and budgetary performance of the companies
 Report comment and suggest to the management of the firms
 Discuss with the firm’s management of different firms for evaluating Co performance
 Analyze accounts payable and receivables functions for all the firms and inform them.
 Coordinate with statutory/government bodies for tax related purpose.
 Report on periodical variances to the firms.
 Analyze quarterly, half yearly and annually company accounts and reports.
 Monitored and recorded company expenses and incomes.
 Train new assistant accounts.
