Account/Finance Manager

Credit Analyst at HABIB BANK LTD PESHAWAR (FINANCE/CREDIT DEPARTMENT)

a.Quantitative analysis including analysis of financial statements, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow to judge the customer need for working capital & Capital Expenditure to ascertain repayment capacity of the borrower.

b. Qualitative analysis of the credit keeping in view the transactions, market & industry position, collateral adequacy, due diligence, use of common sense gauging account behaviour with Financial Institutions and other stakeholders.
Account Opening Officer
a. Maintain proper record of expenses and revenues, balancing different General Ledger Heads.
b. Calculation of profit on different fixed deposit accounts, monthly, semi annually and annually.
c. Responsible for branch audit and resolution of issues raised by audit team.

Accounts Officer at Trich Marble & Granite Pvt Ltd
a. Proper record of transaction, their posing to general ledger.
b. Preparation of financial reports i.e Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet etc.
c. Analysis of financial data i.e Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement for the purpose of giving inputs to managements.
d. Supervision of all payments requests.
e. Over all supervision of books of accounts and ensure about there accuracy.
f. Accurate and timely closing of accounts books to give true picture to the management.
g. Custodian of bank transactions
h. Ensure collection of cheques from customers.
i. Negotiation with the banks for better rate in case of acquiring Finance/Loan , LG and LCs facilities from banks
j. Reconciliation of transaction with the bank.
k. Supervises preparation of regular accounts i.e trial balance, statement of account, collection report & their edging, profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
l. Experience of different accounting software’s, i.e Quick Book, Tally etc and different banking Soft Ware Mysis System, Mob System, etc.
m. Any other task assigned by General Manager Finance.

I am holding Master Degree with specialization in Accounting with (85%) Marks from the country reputed university i.e, The University of Peshawar enlisted with Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
i am looking to have Certificate of Management in Accounting (US Based) in near future.

I am young & dedicated having practical experience in accounting & finance, i am capable to work as active team member with my colleagues to achieve the organization goals. I have presentation & reporting skills.

i know how to work professional i believe in handwork which is the key to success i never mind if i have to work in extra time for completion of assign job.
