Construction Manager - Blasting & Painting

Over 18 year experience on Abrasive Blasting / Coating / Painting with deep involvement on Inspection, Supervision and Management of various Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry. Covering different fields of Industrial Coating, Maintenance Repairs, New Construction, Quality Control and Audit including SHE (Safety, Health & Environment). Liaison with client, contractor and sub-contractor during inspection for new construction as well as maintenance and refurbishment of existing plants as per contract requirement and standards. Detail construction drawing review, follow of Quality Control Manuals, QA/QC procedures and Inspection and Test Plan for main and subcontractor during construction & maintenance. Review and approval for the remedial measure for quality related problems. Perform field inspection to verify conformance to project specification and standards, AFC drawing prior to final acceptance. Issue site memo, site instruction, discrepancy report and non-conformance report etc. Follow up for rectification and corrective action. Mechanical Completion including Commissioning/generating & closing punch items. Material Inspection, Traceability and reviewing Test certificate for delivered Material from vendor/Supplier. Reviewing material approval, method of statement and work procedure prior to start the maintenance work. Confirm periodical calibration of testing for field equipment and laboratory. Conducting internal audit with sub-contractor as well as client audit. Co-ordination with document control system to ensure availabilities of current client engineering and specification as per project quality record. Also aware of HSE safety rules and regulations strictly obediently adopted.
