• Visiting client and end user places and Interacting with clients and end users, understanding the project requirements.
• Understand the process requirements from the process write up and the P&ID’s provided by customer.
• Designing DCS related Graphics for Process Plants.
• Developing control schemes using Control Logic builders.
• Implementation of control loops, Logics & Sequence for the Process.
• Establishing and checking Sub-system communication.
• Configuring Control System network as well as third network for various other third party communication requirements.
• I/O allocation, Nest Loading and I/O Database.
• Involving and Conduction of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Generation of Log Reports engineering documentation.
• Good knowledge of signal flow, expertise in loop checking and trouble shooting in DCS panels.
• Integrating field devices over Industrial Communication Protocols like HART, and FieldBus Protocols.
• Engineering and Commissioning of Field Bus devices.
• Implementing system architecture / Configuration, Industrial Systems Domain configuration.
