• Supervised operations team consisting of 64 personnel, ensured compliance with national regulatory requirements and company HSE requirements.
• Worked extensively with Kazakhstan multi-nationals, therefore it was important for me to understand their culture and gain their respect.
• Responsible for operations and assisted in planning. Main project included two hydraulic fracturing fleets.
• Worked with current clients. Resolved any issues that arose out of the work by negotiating a solution with the client.
