Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Engineer, Well Work Supervisor, Well Intervention Supervisor

20 years experience with 17 years as rig supervisor onshore/offshore sites.
•Directs & controls drilling operations carried out by contractors/service companies, including vertical, deviated & horizontal wells HPHT, Rotary & Steerable systems, running casing & cementing, open hole logging : resistivity, porosity, RFT, PLT using electrical cable, coiled tubing or drill pipe (TLC, LWD), cased hole logging : PLT, HRT, corrosion monitoring for casing & tubing using electrical or coiled tubing, stimulation/matrix acidizing, nitrogen lifting, flowing to clean up.
•Reviews program in light of work progress. Determines work method guided by Drilling Reference Manual, Drilling Standard/ practices and established company’s procedures.
•Investigates required supplies, order material/equipments.
•Liaises with field production supervisor for well site/tower inspection & handover.
•Checks & monitors daily drilling report as well as daily cost.
•Coordinates with Safety Engineers to ensure Implementing and maintaining the company’s/Government’s HSE Management System as applicable to rig operations.
•Ensure that contractors are fully aware and adhere to all Company’s policies.
•Carries out planned inspections and auditing to ensure plant & equipment are properly maintained.
•Conducts daily operations & safety meetings & Pre-spud meetings, checks valid PTW/JSA before any work on the well site.
•Reports all HSE incidents in a timely and accurate manner and lead the initial on-site investigation of all incidents and Near Misses.
•Monitors all supply activities of company materials and equipment to ensure cost effective & safe utilization.
•Consults with office based staff to release equipment and service company personnel as soon as possible to minimize costs.

Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Graduated in 03th July 1991, from Algerian Petroleum Institute, Boumerdes, Algeria.
