• Providing specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice.
• Identify and address design parameters and problems, develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Independently evaluate, organize and prioritize work for self and others.
• Undertaking responsibility for production of deliverables, including engineering support to down stream operations, specifications, procedures, technical requisitions, progress reports and technical bid evaluations for various 3rd parties and vendors.
• Ensuring project fitness for purpose, legislative compliance and adherence to project budget and schedule.
• Providing leadership in planning, detailing and reviewing of technical documentation relating to onshore Oil and Gas EPC projects.
• Managing interfaces with associated onshore related disciplines and understand the interfaces within project environment.
• Lead the technical aspects of the events such as bid clarifications, kick off meetings and design reviews.
• Direct overall site management team, organization and operations a EPCM contract. Strong project background, having experience managing multiple projects in excess of $200m and portfolios up to $2bn.
• Ability for working within the EPC market with outstanding leadership and ambition with extensive industry experience working within senior operational management, with infrequent changes in roles
• Responsible to ensure the project is executed within schedule parameters whilst maintaining client satisfaction and international standards of safety and quality.
• Ability to represent the company on site and liaising with the client, subcontractors and local government officials.
• Ability to Full oversight for all medium sized projects within the group, receiving reports from all of the companies' senior project management staff.
• Ability for the effective relations with the companies’ major clients to maintain the continued success and growth of the company.
• Ability to interface with key business stakeholders, working with clients, partners and senior management.
• In charge of supervising and coordinating site work throughout each of the phases
• Organize, develop and execute procedures, documents and work flows for the site
