SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER

I have been working as a Reservoir Engineer for almost eight years in Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) since 2007.

Working Experience:
 2011 – Today. Senior Reservoir Engineer. PDVSA EyP, Lagomedio Field. San Francisco, Venezuela.
Responsibilities: Project leader fracture stimulation UP Lagomidio. Drilling Proposal for (SVS0448, SVS0449, SVS0450 and SVS0451) oil wells in Lagomedio field, (producing wells are currently active) include Fluid Characterization, Well test PLT, RFT, Build UP, PVT, Nodal Analysis, Economic and risk Evaluation, water control, among other activities.
 2009 Junior Reservoir Engineer, Lagocinco Field. High complex structural and stratigraphic mature oil reservoir, which has chances to drill new optimized wells due to its high water cut.
Accomplishments: Drilling Proposal for LRF0163 Well, which resulted in more than 300 ft of Net Pay (Oil well Producer Today)
• 2008-2009 Junior Reservoir Engineer, Phase I Project Lagunillas Inf / Laguna. Based on the integration of two oil fields (onshore and offshore) in order to quantify oil reserves and to handle a unique static modeling (Land and Lake).
 2007. Lagunillas Inferior – Thermal Project U-7, Lagunillas Tierra Field. Heavy Oil and mature reservoir which has more than 3000 oil wells. This project was based on dynamic fluid modeling, historical regression and forecast was included. Several EOR methods were evaluated: Cyclic and Continuous steam Injection, SAGD. Besides, Evaluation and forecast for 79 new locations to drill with the specific parameters included for the reservoir modeling and simulation. Used Programs: Petrel, OFM, STARS.
