Job description:
Managing and delivering an efficient and effective logistics service across all programs and field sites for the emergency response programs in SOUTH Aweil - Yei &NORTH SUDAN offices specially Darfur Emergency Programs included: Food and non-food item (NFI) distribution, Water and Sanitation projects food security – latrine construction and hygiene promotion, Transitional shelter construction, Agricultural and Livelihood project peace building program and education program for construction of complete schools
Duties
Procurement, Stock Management and Supplies
• Responsible for purchasing of all logistics supplies for the KHT base and( 4 ) field offices projects in the surrounding areas in line with supply guidelines
Asset and Fleet management:
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of premises which included a two store office and large guesthouse and maintenance of all office equipment including IT and communications equipment.
• Managing the use and maintenance of all vehicles and generators and regular follow up of fuel consumption.
• Management of all national staff (22in total) in Khartoum office and South Sudan & Darfur filed offices including training ,contracts, day to day management, rosters, evaluations, discipline.etc
