Duties & Responsibilities:
Check the Project design details and coordinate between Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings, specifications and BOQ. Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers. Raise RFIs and record answers. Ensure that the information received is incorporated on the shop drawings. Correspond with the office-site personnel and subcontractors.
Guide draughtsmen to prepare coordinated architectural and interior shop drawings for consultant¡¦s approval and construction on site, to do the necessary modifications to drawings as per issues by the consultant / client and to oversee the production of As Built drawings. Also prepare drawings related to Estidama submittals.
Develop detail drawings/ proposals for architectural elements that are not clear on AFC drawings in order to obtain consultant¡¦s approval and to proceed with work at site.
Handle all drawing related information to be released either to site or to Subcontractors.
Visit various project sites and attend technical meetings to enhance understanding & subsequent production of drawings.
Coordinate with specialist subcontractors to ensure that the details provided by them are fitting into the approved civil drawings & also adhere to contract drawings/ specifications and associated RFI/EI.

ĉ Prepared coordinated infrastructure master layouts and details for the villa complexes.
ĉ Prepared road surface & house entrance levels layouts/ sections with the help of existing site contours.
