More than 30 years experience in NDT/Inspection field in which 22 years in overseas involving coordination of QA/QC and Non Destructive Testing activities for offshore structural installation, Pipeline Installation and Hook up work through various offshore barges and vessels.
• Involved various pipeline projects as QAQC Manager / QAQC Supervisor.
• Evaluation of vendors and manpower planning based on the qualification and job requirement.
• Project planning and cost estimation to meet budget target with pro-active approach.

Additional Information
Experience in the following:
Providing qualified and suitable manpower from approved sub contractor agencies for all QC and NDT field activities on all Work Barges, Hook-Up Support Vessel and Punch list vessels.
Preparation and assessment of NDT/QC Sub contractor RFQ's / TBE, as required. Maintain service agreements as applicable. Assist in providing Offshore QC, NDT input for bid preparation.
Ensure required QA/QC documents and related Inspection tools & equipments are being sent to work barges upon receipt from Project dedicated Lead QC personnel.
Keep track of all QC related material movement / personnel movement, personnel safety training, weekly / monthly time sheets and leave rotation during offshore assignment.
Preparation of weld consumable requisition, in coordination with welding engineering; maintaining the track record of welding consumables being sent to offshore for various projects.
Preparation of work order for every offshore assignment by sub contractor agencies as per the service agreement and maintain the track of invoice details.
Providing estimated forecast for QC/NDT activities to Project Management Teams on monthly basis as per utilization.
