PSM and RCM

o To handle the shift activities properly, and run the plant in safe mode.

o Working on special assignments for development of normal and emergency procedures for the shift operation staff.
o To assist production manager in technical audit of process and ancillary equipment in collaboration with other field disciplines.
o To perform statistical analysis of plant parameters and preparation of reports accordingly as special assignments.
o Create Production, Filling and Jerry cans batches in OPM for cost evaluation of final product.
o To review daily plant analysis report for charging of chemicals in order to get maximum production within the available resources.
o Monitoring of plant operating parameters in DCS and evaluation of process values

o Carrying out plant troubleshooting and generate process reports.

o Coordination with Shut down team and prepared activity flow charts for PTW.
o Technical and Safety training of shift staff for evaluation of team members for better control of plant
