operation and maintenance in mid-stream terminalling. looking after regular activities of TLF gandry, TamkFarm, control room , pump house opration, etc.

 Operation activities of LPG bulk loading and bottle filling.
 Involved in the Erection and commissioning.
 Involved in field operations like pump house operation, control room, bullet manifold, Emergency handlings and troubleshooting.
 Trouble shooting for any process deviations in bottling plant.
 Responsibility to improve productivity by Co-ordination with various functionaries to minimize the down time in bottling plant.
 Inventory Control in cylinders and scabs.
 Regular monitoring of Deluge valves.
 Responsibility to ensure safe TT Loading with safety norms.
 Monitoring of bullet parameter while PLT and Dispatch.
 Effective participation in firefighting as a Front-line fire fighter.
 Study and reporting of all near miss, incidents, accidents, hazards, unsafe act and unsafe conditions.
 Conduct SQC of filled cylinders as per norms set.
• Valves: Mechanical maintenance of different kind of valves like: Gate valve, Plug valve, Hammer Blind valve, MOV, Ball valve, PV valve & ARV.
• Pipelines: Maintenance of Product & Hydrant pipeline and its accessories having dia from 1” to 16” including thickness & hydro pressure testing.
• Conducting inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; planning & effectuating maintenance plans for machines and equipments.
• Actively involved in planning for materials, developing vendors to obtain timely procurement of materials and equipments to facilitate smooth operation process.
• Supervision of Contractors, liaison with the parties involved in resolving relevant issues related to the project, like work/access permits, schedule of preventive / safety maintenance for the temporary equipments existing on site, etc.
• Take effective action to control emergencies & contain hazards within area of responsibility.
• Participation in regular safety committee meetings and ensuring safe operations.
• Maintenance of safety equipments like: Hydrant point, Hose pipes, Hydrant monitors, Sprinkler & foam system, Mobile foam trolley/shooter, Foam generator & different fire fighting systems.
