Assistant .Drilling Logistics of Base Manager

Material & Equipment Management, Storing, Receiving, Transporting, Tracking, Issuing, Following, Inventorying, Etc.

• Supervisor Delivery, Storing and Classifying Of the Material in the Drilling Storing Yard.
• Ensure Classifying The Material As Per Sound Methods Implement in The Company.
• Prepare Lists of Materials and Equipment requirements For Other Activates in the Location and Accordingly Reports Supervisor to Ensure Its Availability in Due Time.
• Monitor Materials and Equipment Stock and to take On Hand Relevant Procedures to Make Available Sufficient Stock.
• Supervise of Preparation Of Material Documents in Compliance With the Computer System Setup Programs.
• Prepare the periodical Reports and Statistics on Stock Activity and on Dead Surplus Material.
• Draft Safe Operation Procedures for All activities Carrier Out at The Base and Implement Such Procedure in Consolation with the Base Manager and The Drilling Manager.
• Conduct Risk Assessments On All Operations Conducted at The Base.
• Ensure That Regular Inspection Of All Work Site Are Conducted and Deficiencies
And Deficiencies are reported to The Rashpetco Base Manager and The Drilling Manager.
• Coordinate and Assist in Conducting Housekeeping and Safety Audit Inspection of The Base and Contractor Sites.
• Ensure That The Permit to Work System is Rigidly applied
• Monitor and Correct Unsafe work Practices involving all Personnel at Base
• Aware with Company Safety Manuals, in Particular, all aspect relating to HSE.
• Ensure That Proper Safety indication Briefings Are Conducted for all new Personnel.
• Review Job Training For all the Crew Members at the Base
