To expand on my experience in heavy industrial projects and engineering management and deploy my knowledge to deliver the best business outcomes and technical solutions.

I am a senior mechanical engineer with more than 12 years experience in heavy industries. During these years I accumulated a unique knowledge and experience in mechanical design, project management, change management, reviewing equipment specifications, managing construction teams, and delivering technical solutions. This included seven years of experience in the mining industry in Australia and UK.

- Creating a portfolio of modifications and small projects;
- Co-ordinating and delivering technical support to all operational areas;

PREVIOUS POSITIONS
Glencore Xstrata CSA Mine – Cobar, NSW
Position : Projects Superintendent
Duration : March 2012 - October 2013
Responsibilities:
- Managing surface projects for Glencore CSA mine;
- Ensure all assigned projects are scoped, designed, constructed and commissioned according to agreed time frame, within budget, and conforming to the agreed specifications and quality requirements;
- Defining procurement strategies, and project execution plans;
- Developing projects’ risk assessments and insuring all works comply to the relevant OH&S regulations;
- Developing a project management system for CSA mine by setting guidelines and procedures for project managers to follow.
Projects:
- Construction of a new grinding circuit, including installation of a new 230m long conveyor, construction of a stockpile pad and a reclaim tunnel, procurement and installation of a new SAG mill, scalping screens, and stacksizers. (Budget: $40 millions)
- Construction of a new tailings dewatering system. (Budget: $5 millions)
