• Responsible for all CPTL clients work orders approval,
• Ensures all inward and outwards material operations is done in a safe and secured process (trucks and vessels OSV/barges/ tug boats),
• Ensures appropriate equipment are use such as cranes, forklifts, trucks, pipe handler machines etc. ensuring all areas occupy in the warehouses/pipe yards and other storage areas by clients are well measured, cubic meters (CBM) of materials as well as the tonnages are recorded.
• Ensuring all operations reports are converted to data to enable invoiced, also supervise the invoicing section to ensure a close-out of outstanding invoice.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports of all operations.
• Ensures all work process i.e. SOP and other transaction documents and kept.

• Responsible for receipt, storing and issuing of all clients materials in kidney island such as lube oil, chemicals and other materials,
• Ensuring appropriate stacking areas allocation to clients
• Supervising the tally clerks to ensure in /out movement of materials in Kidney Island is well recorded in other to achieve high level of accuracy and accountability in the operation.
• Also act as senior duty coordinator during weekend / public holiday duties in kidney island operation.
