Procurement:
Co-ordinating the preparation of specifications, bills of quantities, short-list or advertisement and prequalification tender and request for quotation documents.
Assisting in preparation of annual procurement plan as well as update the plan in consultation with authority
Leading in preparation of Tender document, purchase orders and contract document in line with the award decision.
Arranging the publication of advertisement and notices of contract award.
Leading the process of opening of tenders and quotations and ensuring the preparation of formal records of tender or quotation opening in accordance with Act 663.

Writing Evaluation Report,Preparation and vetting of contractor’s and consultant claims,
Evaluation of Variation orders,
Assisting in monitoring and evaluation of work done by Contractors as well as Consultant.
Preparation of Estimating, Progress schedule, planning and monitoring the projects.
Prepare budget for the project which using in preparation annual procurement plan.

Monitoring and ensure good delivering in terms of time, cost, quality and performance
Assisting resolve any conflict issues that arise on the project.

2007 - 2008 SEE CONSULT- QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Lead teams on source selection contracting needs, research projects, evaluations and technical needs
Preparation of tender and contract documents,

Preparation of contractor’s interim Claims,
Inspection of Suppliers delivering Goods, Works and Services
Review contracts and contract variations.
Complete work in accordance with project time frames and priorities.
Ensure contract management processes are followed and implementation is completed in accordance with process, documentation and governance requirements.
Ensure contract data management and system administration including establishing and maintaining contractor and contract information.
Analyze client requests and determine the appropriate method of procurement.
Communicate effective to the client, contractor and other stakeholders.
Perform market and price research and analysis as well as program evaluations.
Closeout of expired contracts physically, financially and administratively by analyzing the completeness of documents in contract files.
