Well Engineer/ Petroleum Engineer

 Responsible for delivering safely; quality service, job planning, preparation and equipment mobilization
 Attend onshore pre-job meetings to have a clear overview of the job objectives
 Proper management of team and providing support to offshore personnel
 Prepared and programmed tools required for drilling and formation evaluation measurements and data transmission to the surface while drilling
 Calibrate downhole tools and surface acquisition sensors and ensure they function within specification
 Delivered high quality Real-time and Recorded mode formation evaluation(Resistivity, Porosity, Gamma Ray, Density, Formation Pressure and Temperature, etc) data services to the client
 Maintaining a computer database for ongoing jobs, daily reporting and end-of-well (EOW) reports
 Reading, quality check and interpreting formation well logs and other well site data
 Assisting the directional driller in well surveying by adhering strictly to survey acceptance criteria while drilling through multiple reservoirs to avoid collision with existing wells and as well maximise the well potential
 Participate in equipment failure investigation, analysis, remedial actions and knowledge sharing
 Maintaining equipment inventory and coordinates movement to and from the well site
 Performed rig-up and rig-down of drilling facilities
 Receiving and inspection of deliveries from base stations
 Analysing data from a range of source in order to identify key issues
 Attend post –job meetings, discussed technical issues and lesson learnt and updates for continuous improvement
 Assist R&M Technicians in repairing and checking MWD/LWD/DD tools
 Promoting safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complying with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
