• Maintenance works at various companies like M/s Marsk Oil Qatar at Offshore, Gharda Chemicals, Hindustan petroleum, Indian Petrochemicals corp. Ltd. (cated div.), Ispat industrials ltd.
• Instrument Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance Jobs, Calibration; Loop checking, Overhauling, Servicing, Erection and Commissioning.
• Fault finding through PLC logic / DCS logic blocks, controller card calibration, loop simulation, alarm set point setting as per process requirement.
• Scheduling of preventive maintenance of all the Instruments used, in order to save from major breakdowns & keeping history.
• Maintaining and updating all documents (Check list formats, history cards & Reporting to Engineer- in-charge (Electrical & Instrumentation)
• Understanding and practicing Company health, Safety and Environment standards and policies as well as PTW System (Permit to work )
• Hands on experience in process instrumentation and control system testing, commissioning, loop testing & logic testing, hot cut-over plant start-up support in process plants of Refineries, Petro-chemicals, Oil & Gas separation platform in Offshore.
• Repairing, Calibrating, installation and controlling of all Instruments in GE gas turbines and compressor (temp switches, pressure switches, VPRs, VTRs, thermocouples, servo valves, LVDTs, and solenoids).
• Installation, Hook-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning of new system DCS, ESD, F&G, HIPPS, SCADA, and HV/MV/LV Switchgear etc., with associated vendors.
• Involved in Installation, Integration, Hook-up, Testing, Calibration, Loop checking, Pre commissioning & commissioning of the Electrical & Instrument systems.

QUALIFICATION:

 Four years B-Tech in Electrical engineering from J R N Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.

 Three Years Diploma in Electrical from J R N Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.

 Three Years National apprenticeship in Instrumentation from Mumbai.

 Passed H.S.C (science) from Mumbai University.
 Passed S.S.C from Mumbai University.
