 B.E (Mechanical) with 4 .8 years of experience in the field of piping in Petrochemical & Refinery.
 Having excellent & versatile hands-on experience in Oil sector, encompassing activities involved in various phases of a project (including Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Site-Supervision, Material Handling, Planning etc.), acquired while working with reputed EPC Contractors for renowned Clients including Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
 Currently working in Reliance Industries as a Piping Engineer (Construction) in Jamnagar,Gujrat.
 Worked with TRIUNE ENERGY SERVICE PVT LTD as a piping engineer in IOCL(Shut down Project), Mathura(UP).
 Having proven abilities to accomplish tasks independently, applying Codes & Standards (e.g. ANSI /ASME B31.3, and Good Industry Practice, fulfilling HSE & Quality Requirements, meeting to Project Schedule.

 Looking overall Execution, Inspection, and Supervision of AG & UG piping works.
 Stage wise Physical inspection of Material Identification, Fit up, Pipe spool, Final Dimension, LHS Review.
 Responsible for the supervision of Pipe Fabrication shop making Pipe Spool as per ASME CODE:- B31.3 from 3/4'”dia to 32”dia of CS, AS, and SS from schedule 40 to XXS pipe.
 Mechanical Clearance of the Piping system (CS, SS, GI, AS) by referring the engineering documents like ISO, GAD.
 Checking of Fabrication and Installation of pipe supports on pipe racks at various elevations.
 Review and checking of Isometrics with GA drawings and Loop identification for Hydro/Pneumatic Pressure tests of piping loops.
 Coordinate for NDT activities, witnessing all field tests.
 Follow up all non conformance reports.(NCR’S)
 Sign off punch list after completion of work.
 Provide piping technical input to (P&ID)s including piping classes, valve types.
 Manage the modification of piping work as per requirement on site.
 Responsible for Fabrication, Erection of steel Fire water storage tanks.
 Managing construction activities carried out by the contractors ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirement and time frame.
 Co-ordination with Site, and Client regarding site activities.
